Our Story

The Birth of a Concept
In the late 90s, the upcoming EDM nightlife demanded more extravagant, fashionable, and fitted clothing for men, a demand unmet by established brands and boutiques. One of our founders recognized this gap and decided to fill it. And thus, our concept was born.

Vintage Inspiration
Many of his friends who were mostly active in the fashion industry visited vintage shops in Paris and London to buy tight shirts and trousers. With that knowledge, he began by carefully selecting, washing, adapting, and branding 70s vintage items. At first, these pieces were sold exclusively to friends, but word quickly spread, and demand grew.

Expanding Horizons in Fashion
It didn’t take long to decide to open stores where our expanding fanbase could shop for their favorite looks, leading to the opening of our first store in September 1997.
During that time, it became increasingly more difficult to find the right vintage items. To maintain the extravagant fittings and unique style of our collection, we began taking apart the best pieces and reproducing them with small Italian suppliers.

The Rise of ZUMO®
One of the labels we created for this purpose - ZUMO® - emerged as our fan club’s favorite, and soon the majority of our collection was branded with this name. Today, our ZUMO® label has successfully evolved into a full-fledged fashion brand, with 13 stores and a thriving online platform. Continuing our legacy of offering unique, affordable, high-quality fashion.
