How can I return a product?
Returning a product at ZUMO-International is easy and can be done in two ways. Below you will find a complete guide to ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly.
Option 1: Return via your Zumo account (recommended)
1.a You don’t have an account yet
- Quickly create an account on the website (within 1 minute). Use the email address and phone number you used for your order. Your web order will automatically be linked to your account.
1.b You already have an account
- Log in to the website and go to your account.
- Click on "My orders" in the left menu.
- Select the order you wish to return items from by clicking "View".
- Click on "Return items" and follow the steps in our return portal.
- Download the return label, attach it to your package, and send it to us.
Option 2: Return in Zumo Stores (free)
- You can also return your order for free at one of our Zumo Stores.
- When you hand in your return in-store, you will receive a return receipt. The refund will then be processed via our webshop.
Important:
- Return period: You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: Items must be clean, unworn, and with original price tags attached. Always try on shoes indoors and return them in the original shoebox.
- Exchanges: The first exchange is free after our approval, but exchanges are only possible for an item of the same price.

Are there any costs associated with returning?
At Zumo, the first exchange is free, as long as you exchange it for an item of the same price. If you wish to return an item, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them for an exchange or a refund.
Can I return my order in the stores?
Yes, of course, it is always possible (and free) to return your ordered Zumo items to one of our stores, provided this is done within the return period of 14 days after receipt. In the store, you will receive a receipt as proof of return. The refund of your order will be processed via the webshop. Within 5 business days, the amount will be credited back to your account or credit card.
Can I exchange my order in the stores?
Yes, in many cases, it is possible to exchange items from an online order in our stores. Visit your nearest Zumo Store for this. Exchanges can be made in the following cases:
- For the same item in a different size or color.
- For one or more items of the same value.
- For one or more items of higher value (you will pay the difference in the store).
Note: It is not possible to exchange for items of lower value than the item you wish to exchange.
Can I exchange/return a store purchase online?
No, it is not possible to exchange or return your store purchase online. This must be done in one of our stores.
Can I return multiple orders in the same package?
Yes, you can. Just make sure that you include a separate, completed packing slip/return form for each order you are returning in the package.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, we will initiate the return process as quickly as possible. Within 2 business days, we will process your refund, and the money will be credited to your account or credit card within 5 business days. This refund is processed by Multisafepay, our payment provider. This name will appear on the refund and not Zumo. If you chose to pay later with Riverty, they will adjust your invoice within 5 business days.
