Can I pay later?
Yes, we offer the option to easily pay for your order later with Riverty. Select Riverty as the payment method during checkout. This payment option incurs an additional administration fee of €1,-. Before your order is processed, Riverty will perform a credit and address check to determine if this payment method is available for your order.
Once this transaction is approved, you enter a payment obligation with Riverty.
Riverty will send you a payment overview and keep you updated. For more information, visit www.riverty.com or download their app. Note: Always ensure timely payment to Riverty to avoid additional charges.
How do I redeem a gift card / discount code online?
Redeeming a gift card or discount code is simple. Follow these steps:
- During the checkout process:
You can add and apply your gift card or discount code in step 3, 4, or 5 of the checkout. - In the shopping cart:
Click on your shopping cart and then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Here, you can redeem your gift card or discount code.
Once the code is entered, the balance or discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order.
Do you sell giftcards?
Yes, of course, you can find gift cards [HERE]. For a physical gift card, you can visit one of our Zumo Stores and ask our colleagues.
How does a Zumo digital giftcard work?
Our gift cards are entirely digital, meaning you don’t receive or send anything physically. Here’s how it works:
- Choose the desired amount for the gift card or enter a custom amount.
- Enter the name and email address of the recipient.
- Enter your own name and optionally add a personal message.
- After purchase, the digital gift card is sent directly to the recipient’s email address, not to the buyer.
Note: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Using your loyalty points is simple:
- Make sure you’re logged into your Zumo account.
- Open your shopping cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Under the option "Redeem your loyalty points," select how many points you want to use for a discount.
Once your points are redeemed, the discount is automatically applied to the total amount of your order.
