I forgot my password. What should I do?
Forgot your password? No problem! Follow these steps to regain access to your account:
1. Click on ''Forgot your password?''.
2. Enter your email address and click ''Submit''.
3. Check your inbox for an email to reset your password.
4. Click the link in the email and enter your new password.
5. Done! You can now log back into your account.

I can't log in
Can’t log in to your Zumo account? That’s frustrating, but we’re here to help.
Did you create your account in-store? It’s possible that you can’t log in online because your account was created in-store. This account isn’t automatically linked to your online account.
Here’s how to fix it:
- Create an online account using the same email address and phone number you used in the store.
- Your details will be automatically matched and synchronized.
Still can’t log in? Try resetting your password.
